If we are treating your feet you will not be asked to undress but if we are treating your spine, you will be so comfortable and modest underwear or even a pair of shorts is appropriate.

Adjustments are usually pain-free, but may be slightly uncomfortable, depending on the amount of swelling, tension, and inflammation present. Most patients feel immediate relief from the pain they have been experiencing, but some may feel a little tenderness following the adjustment.
